Expressions #2 – The Written Word

The world as we like to know it is not as it is. Things are always running out of control, but that doesn’t mean that we can just sit and do nothing. Though we know we may not always be able to do something about it we can always turn to the written word. There is a magic locked in this outlet and it can even be a great stress releaser. Nothing is true in the written word because anything is possible. The human consciousness may not be infinite, but it is vast and full of things that we take for granted.

Be happy with anything that pops into your mind. If you can think it you can write it. Expressing yourself is the best way to feel content or to learn about who YOU are. Inward dwelling gives you the time and space to think about yourself openly. But our minds are not always as efficient as we’d like them to be. The best way to make sure that everything can always be reflected upon is to write it down. And even if this precious information is lost at least you thought it out for the page, letting it sink into your brain while you pondered the thought.

On the page worlds could be created and shown to those who are less fortunate to be inspired on their own. Who knows, you might do so by sharing pieces of yourself with them. Writing is a gateway to one’s soul, a window that lets us all peak through the curtains still hanging at the silhouettes dancing inside the room. Looking through one may not be able to see all the details, but the gist of it is always communicated. This is the fundamental constant of the written word.
